The recent hurricane in New Jersey received a lot of attention. Many individuals living in Southern New England were asking if their homeowner’s Insurance covers earthquake damage. The standard homeowner’s policy does not provide coverage for earthquake damage however, coverage can be added to the policy for an additional premium.
